DCB opens new international office!
DCB Developments is thrilled to announce their international team expansion into Manila!
Last month, Christian and Dan, travelled to Manila to conduct interviews with professionals wanting to be a part of Team DCB, and we are pumped to reveal our first 2 recruits!
DCB has big plans for international expansion, and the addition of the Manila team is just the starting point in what looks to be a very bright future.
WELCOME Sandy Borbe & Louane Ranillo who have joined DCB as our Estimators! Sandy and Louane are based in St Francis Square Manila (EMAPTA Offices) and both have strong experience – Louane predominantly across commercial works & Sandy predominantly across fitout, both of which will add significant strength to DCB’s business.

Louane Michelle Ranillo
Louane is a licensed Civil Engineer and has 4 years of experience in estimation and QS for architectural, interior fit-outs, and structural. Louane has handled projects for hotel/resort, sewerage, schools, residential and some retail. Louane has software applications skills in AutoCAD, MS Project, CostX, Pronamics, Primavera, and Planswift.
Sandy Borbe
Sandy graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and has 9 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (structural, architectural finishes for residential, commercial/retail, and hotel) and has experience working with clients from Australia. Sandy has software applications skills in AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Revit, DataBuild and Cubit.
