DCB SECURES THE FOOD COLLECTIVE!
DCB are thrilled to reveal their newest contract for the first ‘Food Collective’ by SSP Australia Catering.
This is a new innovation in Airport design, having never been done before in the Australian Airport landscape. DCB have secured a full D&C with involvement right from the development of the concept to delivery of the vision ready for opening day.
Food Collective is an adaptable restaurant precinct concept, enabling collaboration amongst local and international restaurants, in partnership with the airport operator. The inspiration behind Food Collective is the ability to bring the best of the local city to the airport, emulating the local street food scenes in whatever city the airport operates.
Food Collective Brisbane provides a strong social and environmental footprint, ensuring all packaging is environmentally friendly, all equipment uses the highest energy efficiency ratings, and where possible, the materials used to build the precinct are recycled, protecting the environment.
