The core beliefs are loyalty, passion and integrity.
What reason do you think a new client might use DCB?
I think the most would be transparency. We are very, very open and honest with what we do, and the quotes that we provide, and the feedback, and we communicate in a way that it makes the client feel comfortable and secure in going with us.
What’s your proudest moment at DCB?
Probably 3 years ago, when I started, when I came into the business full time. I moved back from Sydney to be able to work alongside my best mate. So that would be the proudest moment.
If you were stuck on a desert island what 3 things would you take?
Stuck on a desert island? Wow, ok, 3 things. It’s pretty easy. My family, friends and food. Definitely food!
What is your secret talent?
Secret talent? I would say singing. Just joking – I am pathetic!
