DCB Developments are proud to announce their sponsorship of Riverlife Baptist Netball Club!

DCB Developments are passionate about the development of young women and their futures into the trade industry. DCB have sponsored the Riverlife Baptist Netball Club to show their support for young women, and empower them to build confidence, athleticism and a strong sense of camaraderie with their peers – great qualities that they can carry with them into their adult lives.

The Riverlife Baptist Netball Club’s purpose is to foster good sportsmanship, improve self-esteem and provide an avenue for friendships to form through the playing of netball. Through this sponsorship DCB Developments are hoping to also promote the construction industry as an appealing industry for women to build their careers.

Currently, DCB Developments are proud to have two incredible women working as part of their team – Project Co-ordinator Trudi Hammond and Contracts Administrator Karlie O’Grady. Trudi has an extensive background in the property and tourism industries, working with some of the largest brands including Belle property, Virgin Australia and RACQ. With over 20 years experience Trudi has managed and led high performing teams, including business operations, compliance, customer service and management administration. Karlie’s experience includes all aspects of Contract Management across multiple industries, including for Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Curtin University. Both women are valuable team members of DCB Developments, and integral parts of the business.
