Karlie’s experience includes all aspects of Contract Management across multiple industries, including for Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Curtin University. Her role is to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as well as document and agree on any changes or amendments that arise during implementation or execution for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. She engages and delegates works to selected subcontractors according to contract requirements and work order raised, as well as acquiring quotations and pricing from various subcontractors and suppliers for tender submissions, and assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of administration.
