Tetto Rooftop Bar

The TETTO Rooftop Bar project was a design and build project fully managed by DCB. We were engaged just prior to construction to implement significant changes to the architectural design and introduce comprehensive value engineering, while following the new vision the client was developing for this space. With no revised architectural plans available, this required extremely close communication with the client on a daily basis to ensure the design evolved to meet the vision of the client and kept within budget. DCB provided full management of all construction detailing, selection of fittings and fixtures and management of all trades to fulfill the clients’ vision for the space.
