Mirvac Toombul Oasis

Mirvac wanted to create an external dining precinct that tied in with the existing façade of the shopping centre. They had a limited budget to do so and a tight time frame to have the works completed. DCB worked with the team at Mirvac Toombul & Pure Projects to value-engineer and come up with a design that would provide value for money and also create a feeling of belonging to this area.

• New roof, structural steel
• Split face block wall, landscaping
• External dining precinct at Toombul Shopping Centre
