GYG Rothwell

DCB Developments were engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement to assist the developer, Synergy, and GYG provide a functional drive through restaurant from an existing cold shell structure whilst meeting both clients required budgets. Various design solutions were achieved including creating a the drive through within the existing building footprint and upgrading the external facades to GYG branding. During this phase, DCB Developments also managed design development through to Building Approval and Construction Issue. Construction included alterations to the existing structure and creation of new drive through and the complete internal fitout with a unique and high quality finish.
