Corbett & Claude Everton Park

The Corbett & Claude Everton Park project was the latest project in the C&C brand expansion. DCB were engaged to provide value engineering expertise to refine the design to meet budget, while still maintaining the integrity of the original design. DCB focused on retaining the key elements of the  design including the expansive curved central bar and intimate booth seating, while reducing costs in all BOH areas and non-essential finishes and fixtures. Through this collaborative process the bar was completed 20% under the original budget, while retaining the original look and feel of the original design to ensure an uncompromised dining experience for the public.
