4Fingers Chermside

DCB Developments has been engaged to construct several of the 4Fingers Restaurants. One of their key projects was their outlet located in Westfield Chermside, Brisbane Australia. DCB Developments worked in a collaborative venture on full design and construction with 4fingers and Clui designs.
The works including installation of a full commercial kitchen, seating, internal flooring, wall and ceiling finishes. The materials had a raw street, industrial appeal by utilising raw mild steel, polished concrete, timber, shipping containers, posters, with a street art influence. The overall presence was softened with an element
of greenery.
DCB Developments had a short mobilisation period and condensed works that would usually take 8 weeks in to 6 weeks. The project was delivered on time, to a high-quality standard and within budget achieving a great result for the delivery of the first Australian stores.
